Factory Loading — Coimbatore
Every machine is thoroughly tested at our facility before dispatch. Loaded securely for road or sea freight with ISPM-15 compliant packaging for export orders.
Delivery to Your Site
Door-to-door delivery to your facility — anywhere in India. For export orders, SAM coordinates international freight and customs documentation.
Unloading & Site Preparation
Our team handles unloading at your site. We assess and prepare the installation area — including civil requirements, electrical wiring, and any structural needs specific to the machine.
Installation & Commissioning
Full machine installation by SAM engineers. Every component fitted, connected, and tested to factory specification. We don't leave until the machine is running to full performance.
Operator Training
Hands-on training for your production team at your site — duration depends on machine complexity, typically ranging from 1 day to 1 week. For export orders, our engineer stays on-site longer to ensure complete team readiness.
Handover & Go-Live
Machine is signed off running at full capacity. Your team is trained. SAM transitions to after-sales support mode — available 24×7 from this point forward.

Our engineers are reachable via video call. Most issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely, often on the same day. This avoids unnecessary site visits and gets your line running faster.
On-Site Field Service
When a fault genuinely requires physical attention, we dispatch an engineer. For Tamil Nadu and nearby states, we typically reach you within 1 business day. For other states across India, usually within 2 business days.
Spare Parts Supply
Full spare parts availability for every machine SAM has built. Most standard parts are dispatched quickly and typically reach you within 1–2 business days.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
For clients with high-utilisation machines, SAM offers AMC — scheduled service visits and priority response. Recommended based on your production volume and machine type.

Most issues are resolved on the first video call — often the same day. Physical site visits are reserved for genuine major faults, which are rare because every SAM machine is tested thoroughly before dispatch.
Annual Maintenance
Contract (AMC)
For clients running machines at high utilisation — FMCG lines, continuous production, multi-shift operations — SAM recommends an AMC. Scheduled visits keep the machine in peak condition and prevent downtime before it happens.

Every machine SAM builds has a complete parts list with numbered components. When you need a part, you quote the part number — we supply it. No substitutes, no guesswork.

Operator Training

Standard Installation Training
On-site training duration is based on machine complexity — typically 1 day for simpler machines, up to a week for complex lines. Covers operation, basic maintenance, cleaning procedure, and fault recognition.
Export Order Training
For international clients, SAM Robotics engineer stays on-site for an extended period — ensuring complete team readiness and local language communication where possible.
Ongoing Video Support
After training, operators can reach SAM Robotics via video call 24×7 for guidance on any operational questions — no issue is too small.
